Continuing Professional Development (CDP) Certificates are available at every course Paul teaches on request.

This course precedes Advanced Circle Walking & the Single Palm Change weekend seminar.

Gods qigong set is the oldest and most powerful of the ancient Chinese rejuvenation techniques in existence. Practice allows even the most experienced practitioners to refine their abilities to maximise energy control and development. This qigong consists of a set of seven exercises that combines the internal workings of all the other qigong sets Paul teaches.

In this two-evening course, Paul will introduce movement 7 from Gods qigong. This exercise works deeply with the spine, including the vertebrae, spinal ligaments and cerebrospinal fluid. It is a powerful method for releasing the spine and all of its connections, which strengthen the spine and create incredible flexibility.

Once the exercise has been taught, Paul will teach two groups:

  • Beginners and those relatively new to Gods qigong. This group will review the material presented in all three seminars as needed and practise completing the set in a balanced and integrated way.
  • Intermediate and advanced practitioners of Gods qigong (min. 5 years experience). This group will learn how the material from movement 7 influences and changes the other movements, thereby deepening all of the internal work found within the Gods.

This seminar is the third in a series of three, two-evening seminars on Gods in Brighton scheduled throughout 2010. You do not have to attend the first two courses to participate in this one. Everyone is welcome although some experience with Gods qigong is recommended if you do not attend one of the first two courses.

For those who know Gods qigong already, Paul will provide some of his deepest teachings to-date to help you advance your practice of this very powerful energy exercise.
