Gods qigong set is the oldest and most powerful of the ancient Chinese rejuvenation techniques in existence. Practice allows even the most experienced practitioners to refine their abilities to maximise energy control and development. This qigong consists of a set of seven exercises that combines the internal workings of all the other qigong sets Paul teaches.
Pulsing in Gods qigong is essential in order to transform the strong yang movements into a smooth continuum. This is how you release your nervous system and expel tension.
The pulse is initiated in the joints and progresses to the cavities, which power the joints. You will work on balancing both aspects, then integrating the lower body to upper body and left to right. When your system is alive and balanced, you gain access to and become capable of releasing deeper layers of tension bound in your body.
The principles for balancing the pulse will be taught through movements 4, 5 and 6, and applied to the complete Gods qigong set. This seminar is the second in a series of three, two-evening seminars on Gods in
You do not have to attend the first or third course in this series to participate in this one. Everyone is welcome although the more experience you have practising qigong, the more you will benefit.
For those who know Gods qigong already, Paul will provide some of his deepest teachings to-date to help you advance your practice of this very powerful energy exercise.
