Paul's Vision
Paul’s vision is to help people become more proactive regarding their health and well-being by practising and learning healing techniques such as qigong, bagua, tai chi and relaxation meditation. Paul is particularly interested in developing self-sustainability on all levels and helping people reconnect with their inner world, one another and the earth.

How Paul Teaches
Paul adapts what he teaches to be relevant to those who are present. Whether you are a complete beginner to energy work or an advanced practitioner, you will find teachings available throughout the year to support your personal practice.
All of Paul’s courses will be taught in two groups:
- Catering to beginners, those who are just on the road or anyone wishing to refine the basics.
- Catering to regular practitioners, those who have practised the specific subject at least once before and any Certified Energy Arts, Inc. Instructors wishing to upgrade their practice.
When you attend a retreat or seminar with Paul, each training eveing will consist of two hours and each day will consist of five hours on average. If there are 30 or more people on retreat an assistant will teach for an additional hour each day--except the first and last days--to ensure that everyone receives personal attention.

Registration, Payment & Policies
Paul's Touch the Earth Nature Retreat will follow seminar policies. For all other retreats--Send payments and make cheques payable to:

Cheques must be drawn on a French bank in euros. There is a 35€ cancelled-cheque fee for insufficient funds and your cheques will not be accepted in the future.

Deposits, Cancellation & Refunds
Course deposit deadlines are specified in course descriptions, which are typically 60 days in advance of retreats. All deposits (usually 350 €/week) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If for any reason you must cancel your registration before the payment deadline, there is no charge (beyond the loss of the deposit) for transferring funds to another course. After the deadline the entire balance is non-refundable--whether or not you attend.
Please understand that Internal Energy Arts/Paul Cavel must pay venues and assistants in advance of course dates based on attendance. Accordingly, if you must cancel or are considering canceling, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible.

Paul charges his standard hourly rate for re-certifications (one hour minimum) and will provide feedback and corrections to help you advance your practice.
On retreat, Paul offers re-certifications free of charge. During seminars, he reduces his rate to £20/20€ as long as you notify him at least one week in advance of the course. Please note that there may not be sufficient time for personal corrections to help advance your practice whilst Paul is teaching a seminar.
