Chi, your vital life-force energy, is the single most important determinant of your health. The internal energy arts are a sophisticated system for building, moving and storing your chi, primarily done with relatively easy exercise methods that can be done whilst sitting, standing, lying down, moving or with a partner.
The gentle Water method emphasizes relaxing, releasing stress and strain and a steady, constant flow as you move from one activity to another. Forcing and pushing yourself to meet desired outcomes is discouraged so that you can maintain your level of output for longer periods of time.
First you apply this ideology to your chi practice (qigong, bagua, tai chi or meditation) and, as you do, you begin to see ways in which you can bring this approach to every facet of your life. Internal energy exercises are safe for almost anyone, regardless of your age, weight or current state of health.
The Water method posits that if you take away all that is false, all you will be left with is truth. So, you don’t have to seek out and obtain happiness, peace of mind, balance and vitality, you simply clear out that which holds you back from allowing genuine joy and harmony to flow freely from deep within you.
The Vitality Series
This series consists of courses aimed at those suffering from cardiovascular and other stress-related diseases or illnesses. They provide the foundation for everything else Paul teaches—no matter how advanced or new you are to energy exercises.

Paul teaches more advanced subjects on qigong, relaxation meditation, bagua and tai chi, which can be taken in tandem with or separate from the Vitality Series courses to deepen and reinforce your practice.
Qigong
Any form of qigong (Paul teaches five different qigong sets) in conjunction with Longevity Breathing is particularly useful for helping you gain access to your vital life-force energy. Gaining access is the first step in discovering what is inside you that has become blocked so you can release it.
Relaxation Meditation
Peace of mind and excelling at anything you wish to do require a sound, stable body, mind and spirit. The techniques of relaxation meditation will take your energy practice to the next level and train you how to fully release your nervous system.
Bagua & Tai Chi
Bagua and tai chi comprise all 16 neigong and therefore help you achieve the same health benefits as qigong practise and more. Both can be practised for developing chi power, health and meditation. Bagua and tai chi, a type of qigong, are the classic moving practices used for millennia by the ancient Chinese to develop a strong body, mind and spirit. They can be practised separately from or in tandem with any of the qigong sets or neigong components.
