I teach how-to training tips via video blogs to help you train at home. I cover topics such as stress reduction, Longevity Breathing Therapy, qigong and tai chi self-healing exercises, and Bagua Circle Walking Meditation.
The question is: Can you learn complex internal arts online or from video alone?
Simply put, the anser is: No! I don't claim to be a miracle worker either.
However, in combination with live training, qigong, bagua and tai chi video lessons can give you strategies for advancing your practice at home. It's always best to start any new movement form in the setting of a live training and then practise what you learn at home instead of the other way around. This is the best method for preventing injury and figuring out your personal limitations--whether in body, mind or chi. An experienced teacher, who knows the pitfalls and can monitor you progress, is the safest, surest and fastest way to progress.
