Spherical movement is what all serious qigong, bagua and tai chi practitioners aim to achieve. The process begins by learning an external form and then developing circularity within your physical movements. For some, this process can take many years or more. Results are always based on the quality of your practice at each micro-step along the way.
I teach a practical and progressive system for embodying spherical movement in their external forms. Ultimately, the internals will drive your physical movement and this is where the ultra-health benefits often associated with qigong, tai chi and Bagua Circle Walking Meditation can become a living reality.
Although I don't suggest going for spherical movement in the beginning, weaving in circularity to each and every motion of your form (i.e., qigong exercise set, tai chi style or Bagua Circle Walking and Palm Changes) is a must.
