Qigong (translated as "energy exercise") is a system of self-healing, internal exercises that was designed to the body all of the exercise it needs whilst helping to reduce stress and tension in body, mind and chi (life-force energy energy).
Tai chi is a complex form of qigong. Both tai chi and qigong have been used in China for millennia to help people become incredibly healthy, fit and balanced on all levels of their being.
I teach tai chi, an entry-level, internal exercise set called Tai Chi Circling Hands and four qigong sets:
- Dragon & Tiger Medical Qigong
- Energy Gates Healing Qigong
- Heaven & Earth Healing Qigong
- Gods Healing Qigong
All of the sets I teach were designed with the purpose of helping people become aware of and contact bound places in their body and chi (life-force energy), so they can release them and move closer to their full human potential.
