Internal Energy Arts Limited was founded by Paul Cavel in 1995 to provide an integrated health, fitness and stress-management solution for people who want to heal from illness or injury, boost their resistance to future attacks, reduce stress and achieve high-performance results in business, sport or life in general. For 16 years, Paul has adapted his trainings to the unique individuals with whom he works—helping them to become incredibly healthy and more effective in all that they do.

All of the therapeutic exercises Paul teaches originated from China and are based on the principles of Chinese medicine. They have been practised for 1,500-4,000 years in their pure form and were designed to give the body the exercise it needs whilst releasing stress and tension stored in the body, body's energy and mind.
